Sriki and Akanksha are making their entry into the Tollywood with ‘Manase Mandaram’ to be directed by Jayateertha and produced by B Govindaraju on the banner of Alliance Pictures.

The director says, ‘Though a whole lot of love stories had hit the Telugu screen in particular and Indian cinema in general, each director is trying to project the concept of love in a different angle and in their own style. Some director succeeded in bringing out blockbusters with the same concept. Now, we also made a sincere effort to portray love in yet another different perspective. We made the film with two real life incidents. We are confident that the film would be a success.’

Producer says, ‘As per the storyline, we needed two fresh faces who don’t have any kind of image. Deva scored music for the movie. There are six songs and we shot them in seven states. The shooting of the film is almost complete and post-production works are in progress.’

Nazar, Dharmavarapu Subrahmanyam, Venu Madhav, Surya, Saran, Ranganayana Raghu, Kumari Muthu and Venkat are in the cast.

Cinematography is by Ravi S. Kumar, action is by Ram-Laxman, D. Dani and lyrics are by Ramajogayya Sastry and Ananth Sriram.
